T1 (also known as Terminator Peak) is the first peak south of the Kicking Horse Mtn Resort gondola.  It is an easy scramble up to the peak which oversees the ski hill and the town of Golden.

Trail
Unless you wish to walk up the ski hill, you will be required to purchase a pass for the KHMR gondola.  After exiting the gondola walk around the station to the southern side and follow the signs/trail for T1 and T2.   Follow the wide path leading along the col of Bowl Over to the ridge of T1 which is the first peak to the south/left of the gondola.  When the trail breaks left, follow it up the obvious ridge to the cairn on the top of the peak.

From Golden, drive to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and ride the gondola to the top.
